We are S K Computer Services, and we operate out of Chamarajpet. Our place is No. 37/2 in the Shaiq Complex. It’s actually pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite the City Police Quarters. Being near the police station means it’s a fairly recognizable landmark for people coming in from different parts of Bangalore. The complex itself has a few different businesses, but we’ve been in our spot for a while. We mainly handle computer repairs and servicing, nothing too complicated to explain. The shop isn't very big, and we usually have a few machines taken apart on the workbenches at any given time. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. Chamarajpet is one of those older parts of the city that still feels like a neighborhood, which we like. We know many of the people who live nearby and they often just drop in when their desktop starts making a weird noise. We don't have a website that’s updated every day or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the repairs and making sure the machines work again. Sometimes we’re a bit slow to answer the phone if we’re deep into a motherboard repair, but we always get back to people. It’s just a simple, local service shop in a busy part of town.
