I work out of Sadashiva Nagar, specifically at Palace Corner Apartment, which is 209/1 on Mirambika Road. It’s in the Upper Palace Orchards area, which is a really nice and quiet part of town. My place is B 1 in the building. It’s more of a home-office setup than a corporate one. I like it that way because it’s comfortable and I don't have to deal with a long commute every morning. Most of the people I see are regulars who have known me for many years. We sit in the living area or at my desk and talk through whatever they’ve come for. Mirambika Road is lined with trees and it’s a pleasant place to walk around. Sometimes I take meetings while walking if the weather is good. It’s a very personal way of doing business. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy reception desk. It’s just me. I handle everything myself, from the phone calls to the paperwork. Being in Sadashiva Nagar means everything is close by but still feels a bit away from the main city's chaos. People find it easy to reach here, and there’s usually some space to park nearby. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know most of the people around. It’s a steady, quiet way to handle things, and that suits my style just fine.
