You can find us over on Banneraghatta Road, just off Infantry Road. Being in the marble business means things are usually a bit dusty around here. We have different slabs leaning against the walls and there is always someone moving something heavy. I remember when we first moved into 41581, it was a lot quieter than it is now. Traffic on this road has really picked up over the last few years. We spend our days showing people the different patterns in the stone and explaining why one piece looks different from the next. It’s heavy work, and our hands are usually rough from handling the material all day. We aren't really the type to wear suits or sit in air-conditioned offices for hours. We are usually out in the yard or talking to contractors who come by in their trucks. The rain can be a bit of a pain because it makes everything slippery, but we manage. My brother helps me run things, and we have a couple of guys who have been with us for a decade. They know the stones better than anyone else. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If people need marble, they usually hear about us from a neighbor or just see our sign while they are stuck in traffic. It's a straightforward way to make a living. We just try to keep the slabs organized and help whoever walks through the front gate.
