Royal Orchid

Royal Orchid is located at No. J 137 on 10th A Cross in Bangalore. We are in a part of the city that feels lived-in and busy. Our building isn't a massive hotel tower; it is more of a local office where we manage the day-to-day details. Most of our time is taken up by scheduling, talking to staff, and making sure all the supplies are where they need to be. There is always a list of things to do, whether it is checking on a room or sorting out a maintenance issue. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. We have simple desks and a few chairs for when we need to have a quick meeting. It is a lot of work keeping everything running smoothly, and it is not always glamorous. We deal with regular problems like leaky taps or lost keys. The staff here mostly lives in the neighborhood, so it feels like a local spot. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. Every day is a bit different depending on who is staying with us or what part of the building needs attention. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the work gets done without too much fuss. It is a plain and simple way to run a place. We just make sure the lights are on and everything is ready.
