Royal Beauty Palace

Shivaji Nagar is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it at No. 29 New Market Road. Our shop is near the Charminar Masjid Road, right at the corner of Cross A Street. If you’ve ever walked through this market, you know it’s packed with people and shops of all kinds. Royal Beauty Palace is our small spot in this big, busy area. It’s a bit noisy outside with all the honking and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the hair and beauty work. The shop is quite traditional. We have the old-style mirrors and chairs that have been there for years. We get a lot of foot traffic because of the location. People coming to the masjid or shopping in the market often drop in for a quick service. It’s a fast-paced environment. We don’t have much time for sitting around. We keep the towels washed and the floor swept as much as we can between customers. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be efficient with how we move around each other. It’s a real Bangalore experience being in Shivaji Nagar, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. People come to us because they know we are here and we’ve been doing this for years. It’s just a regular market shop where we work hard and keep things going day by day.
