Our place is Rowin Transformers Pvt Ltd, located near the Banashankari Vidyapeeta Circle. We are in the 1st Stage at number 212. It’s more of a workshop than an office. You’ll hear the sound of metal and the hum of machinery if you come by. We work with transformers, which means there is a lot of copper wire and heavy steel around. The floor is usually covered in some oil or bits of insulation. It’s a practical environment. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. The Vidyapeeta Circle is a landmark around here, so we are easy to locate. We spend our days assembling parts and testing them to make sure they work right. It isn't a clean, white-collar job. Our clothes usually get dirty by the end of the shift. The 1st stage of Banashankari is a mix of houses and small industries like ours. We’ve been at 212 for a good number of years. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times we are rushing to finish a big order. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor with a tool in hand. That’s just how we operate. We focus on the equipment and getting it done properly without much talk. It is just honest labor in our corner of the city.
