Our office for Roto Power Projects Pvt Ltd is tucked away at 526/17 in the S T Bed Layout in Koramangala. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Koramangala gets, but our little corner is slightly back from the main noise. We have been here for a while now, working on various power projects and keeping busy. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We have a few desks, some computers that have seen better days, and a lot of folders full of project plans. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just how it goes here. The staff mostly brings lunch from home, and we sit around talking about the traffic or the weather. We do not have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies coming in, but we manage to make space. It is a practical place for practical work. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site drawings. We are just a group of people trying to keep things moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. We are just a regular company doing regular work.
