Rops Plast

Started at Kamakshi Palya on Magadi Main Road quite a while back. It gets loud outside with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on the plastic work. The machines run most of the day and there is always a bit of dust around. We spend a lot of time moving crates and checking the molds. It’s not a fancy place. Sometimes the heat from the extruders makes it warm in here during the afternoons. Neighbors from the other shops stop by to chat sometimes when the power goes out. We keep our tools on the wall and try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way. People find us easily because we are right on the main road. The building is simple. We just come in, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. Most of the guys here have been around for years. We know the rhythm of the street and when the tea stall across the way starts their first batch. It’s a busy life in this part of town. We handle the plastic orders as they come. Nothing too complicated, just steady work day after day. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the years of use. It’s just how it is. We keep the doors open for the breeze when it’s not too dusty outside. We don't have any big meetings or anything, just the daily grind.
