Refresh Salon And Spa

Our place is over in HSR Layout, right on the 24th Main in Parangipalya. The address is 5/4/1, and we are directly across from the Apollo Pharmacy. It’s a mix of a hair salon and a small spa. We have a couple of rooms in the back for massages and facials. They are small and don't have windows, which makes them quiet at least. The front part is where the hair gets done. The floor is usually covered in some hair because we are often too busy to sweep every five minutes. The staff is a mix of people from different parts of the country. They are hard workers and don't complain much. We don't have fancy robes or expensive herbal teas for the guests. Usually, we just offer a glass of water from the filter. The Bangalore traffic outside is pretty loud, so we usually have some music playing to drown it out. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, so you might miss us if you’re driving too fast. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices who just want to relax for a bit. It’s not a luxury setup, but it’s clean and it works. We don't have any corporate rules. We just handle each customer as they come and try to get them back to their day quickly. It's just a simple neighborhood business.
