Redo Power Tech Pvt Ltd is at number 65 on 40 Feet Road, over in Phase II of Wilson Garden. It’s a decent sized building but we mostly stay in the front office area where the desks are. The 40 Feet Road is always packed with people and cars, so it’s never actually quiet during the day. We work with power tech stuff, which means there’s always something being tested or repaired in the back workshop. I usually have a cup of coffee on my desk that goes cold because I get distracted by a phone call or a visitor. We aren’t a corporate headquarters with glass walls and polished floors. It’s mostly just brick and some grey paint that needs a touch-up. I’ve lived around Wilson Garden for years, so working here feels very familiar. We see a lot of technicians and drivers coming and going all day long. The floor is hard concrete and we have these big heavy metal doors that we roll up in the morning. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Sometimes we have informal meetings sitting on plastic crates because all the chairs are taken up by equipment. It’s not elegant but it works for us. We open the shutters early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Phase II is a bit more industrial than the residential parts. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that. Redo Power Tech Pvt Ltd is just a place where we get things done.
