Recovery Staff

Our work happens at the Shaik Ali Complex with Sudhakar, on the first floor near the Ayyappa Temple. It’s a pretty easy place to find because the temple is such a big landmark in the area. We are the recovery staff for Manappuram Finance in this branch. Our daily job involves looking after accounts and following up on payments that are overdue. It’s not always the easiest work, and we spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to customers or going through piles of paperwork. Our office is very basic, just desks, chairs, and computers without any fancy decorations or corporate stuff. We are just a small group of people trying to keep the records straight and make sure the financial side of the business stays on track. Sometimes the workload gets a bit heavy when there are a lot of files to handle, but we just take it one step at a time and get through it. We aren't part of a big corporate headquarters, just a local recovery office doing our part. We don't use any professional marketing speak; we just talk to people plainly and try to get things resolved as best as we can. It’s a regular job in a very busy part of town, and we just focus on our daily tasks and keeping everything running smoothly without any extra fuss or unnecessary polish.
