Ravi L Vaidya

My name is Ravi L Vaidya and my office is in Amar Tower. I’m located at 23 and 24 in Balaji Nagar, right on the K R Hospital Main Road in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a very busy area with people going to the hospital all day long. Amar Tower has a lot of different businesses in it. My space is pretty simple with just a few chairs and a big wooden desk. I’ve been here for a long time now. The walls have some old calendars and a clock that ticks quite loudly. You can hear the traffic from the main road even when the windows are shut. It’s not a modern glass office or anything like that. Just a regular place where I sit and do my work. I handle everything myself mostly. Sometimes the lift in the building stops working and I have to take the stairs. That’s just how it is in these older buildings. I know a lot of the other people who work in the tower. We see each other in the hallways or at the tea shop downstairs. Gandhi Nagar is always crowded so I try to get in early. It’s a steady routine I’ve had for years. Nothing much changes around here. The curtains are a bit faded from the sun. I should probably get new ones but I never get around to it. It’s home for me.
