Raveena Beauty Parlour

Raveena Beauty Parlour is situated at No.6 on the 5th Main in Sampangiramnagar. If you are coming from the main parts of Bangalore, we are right opposite to the Kanteerava Stadium. You can often hear the noise from the games or the people practicing over there. It’s a lively area to have a shop. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little corner stays mostly the same. The shop is on the ground floor so it’s easy for people to just walk in. We see a lot of students and office workers because of where we are. On days when there is a big event at the stadium, the whole street gets packed with cars and bikes, and we just watch it all from the front door. Inside, it’s just me and a couple of others working. We have the usual chairs and the lights are a bit bright but that’s how it should be for beauty work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the work is what matters. It’s a practical place for practical people. Most of our regulars live right here in Sampangiramnagar and they just walk over whenever they need something. We appreciate the familiar faces. It makes the long days feel a bit shorter when you can talk to friends and neighbors while you work.
