Rathi Granite

Rathi Granite is located at Plot Number 9 B in Phase I of the Jigani Industrial Area. This area is pretty much the heart of the stone trade in this part of the country. Our plot isn't the biggest one on the street, but we fit a lot of granite into it. We spend our days surrounded by massive slabs that are leaning against each other. It’s a rough environment where you have to be careful where you walk. The dust is a constant companion, and the sound of the overhead cranes is something we just get used to. We don't do much in the way of sales pitches or fancy displays. If someone needs granite, they come by, look at the current stock, and we figure out the logistics. Most of the people we deal with are builders or small-scale developers from Anekal and Jigani. It’s a very hands-on job. We are often out there in the sun checking the texture of a new batch that just arrived. The traffic in Phase I can get pretty backed up with all the trailers, but that’s just how it is in an industrial hub. We’ve been operating from this plot for quite some time now, and we just focus on the daily grind of moving and selling stone without any fuss. It’s hard work, but there is something satisfying about seeing the finished slabs loaded up and ready for a new building site.
