Rathi Associates

You can find us at 16/16 Binny Crescent over in Benson Town. It is a bit quieter tucked away here compared to the main roads, which we actually like. Rathi Associates has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We are not a massive operation with hundreds of people. It is just a small group of us working through projects, mostly residential stuff and some commercial work that comes our way. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional heavy sigh when a plan does not go quite right the first time. We spend plenty of time out on sites, too, making sure things are moving along as they should. Benson Town is a nice place to be based; it has a bit of old-school character that we appreciate. Our workspace is pretty functional—lots of shelves filled with old files and drawings from years ago. We do not have a fancy lobby or a bunch of awards on the wall. We mostly just focus on the drawings in front of us. Clients usually find us by word of mouth, which is how we prefer it. It is about doing the work properly and making sure the measurements are right. We drink a lot of tea and spend our afternoons looking at blueprints until our eyes get tired. It is a steady life, and we like the people we meet through this job and the projects we get to work on.
