If you head down to Lakkasandra and find the 11th Cross, you will eventually see us at number 290 40. It is a typical Bangalore neighborhood, always a bit crowded and full of life. Ramesh has been running things from this location for quite some time now. The space isn't huge, but it is enough for what we need to do every day. We have a small desk near the window and some shelves for storage. The 11th cross can be a bit noisy with people walking by and delivery bikes zooming through, but it keeps things interesting. We don't really go for fancy decorations. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a few old folders tucked away. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. We usually start the day with a quick cleaning of the front area before the real work begins. There is a small grocery shop nearby where we get our snacks. Most of the people who come by are locals who live around the Lakkasandra area. We have become a bit of a fixture on this street. It is a very simple way of living and working. We don't have any complicated systems or big teams. It is just about being here and handling whatever comes through the door. The weather is usually good, which helps when we have to step out. We like being in this part of town.
