Annam Lifestyle Developers is over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 21/A, 7th Main, 42nd Cross in the 4th Block. It’s a solid, well-established neighborhood. We spend our days looking at floor plans, dealing with site visits, and talking to people about where they want to live. Our office is fairly simple—just some big tables for spreading out blueprints and a few chairs for when clients come by to chat. Rajajinagar has a certain pace to it that we’ve grown to appreciate. It’s not as rushed as the newer parts of the city, but it’s still very active. We handle the usual headaches that come with building things, like permits and coordinating with different workers who don't always show up on time. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about developers. There’s a lot of dust from the sites and a lot of time spent on the phone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; most people find us because they saw one of our signs or heard about us from someone else in the area. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. The 4th Block is a nice place to be based, with plenty of trees around the streets. It makes the walk to the office a bit more pleasant, even when we have a mountain of paperwork waiting for us.
