Raja Tools Co

Raja Tools Co is tucked away at 56 Jaya Chamarajendra Road, right near the Khetwadi Back Road. If you’ve ever walked down JC Road, you know how it is. There’s metal everywhere and the smell of oil is always in the air. Our place is full of boxes and shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. We’ve got wrenches, hammers, and all kinds of bits and pieces stacked up. It’s not the most organized looking shop, but we usually know where everything is if you give us a minute to look. The back road near Khetwadi can get pretty narrow and crowded with carts and bikes. Sometimes it’s hard to even get through the front door when we’re moving stock around. We spend our days mostly talking to mechanics and people who work with their hands. It’s a lot of lifting heavy crates and counting out small parts. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. JC Road has a specific energy to it that you don't find elsewhere in the city. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, watching the buildings around us get older while we just keep selling tools. There’s no fancy air conditioning here, just a couple of old fans that hum while we work. It’s a lot of grease and grit, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with hardware and machinery parts all day.
