Raj Chematics

You can find us over at 34, 3rd Cross on Lal Bagh Road. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes can get and how much traffic there is with all the bikes and delivery vans. Our shop, Raj Chematics, is right in the middle of all that hustle. It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we have to store so many different chemical supplies and drums. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to have a quiet day to actually get it done. We have a small team of guys who have been here since the beginning, and we all know exactly where every single item is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We spend a lot of our time writing out invoices on paper and answering the phone. We are not into using fancy computer systems for every little thing; a good ledger usually does the trick for us. People from the local factories drop by throughout the day looking for specific stuff, and we spend a lot of time chatting with them about their work. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the rolling shade halfway down to stay cool. It is just a regular local business where we show up, help our customers, and try to keep things moving as best as we can before heading home.
