Solaris Chemtech Ltd.

Being based out here in Karakhadi, near Padra, means things are a bit different than the city life. It's a lot of space and a lot of quiet until you get inside the gates. We handle a lot of chemical stuff at Solaris Chemtech Ltd. It’s not something you can just do casually. There’s a lot of checking and re-checking everything. The site is pretty large. We have people coming in from all the nearby villages to work. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where the work is. We spend a lot of time in the lab or out near the storage tanks. It's a lot of routine. You wake up, get to the site, put on the gear, and get to it. The weather can be a bit rough in this part of Taluka, especially when it rains. Everything gets muddy and slow. But the work doesn't stop for that. We aren't really the type to sit in offices all day. Most of us are out on the floor or checking the equipment. It’s a lot of responsibility to manage. We keep our heads down and do what needs doing. We’ve been part of the Karakhadi landscape for a long time. People around here know who we are. It’s just a regular industrial site, doing regular industrial work. Nothing too exciting to talk about, just making sure everything runs safely every single day. That is the way we like it.
