Rai Consultants

Rai Consultants is based at number 180 in Defence Colony, Indira Nagar. We are on the 5th Main, which is a fairly leafy and quiet street compared to the rest of the neighborhood. The office is in an older building that has a lot of character. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just come up the stairs and we’re right there. The rooms are filled with bookshelves and large tables where we spread out our work. We do a lot of research and advisory stuff. It involves a lot of reading and long discussions. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in a project that we don't realize how late it’s gotten. The trees outside the window provide a nice bit of green to look at when our eyes get tired. We aren't big on corporate polish. Our files are mostly kept in physical folders rather than everything being in the cloud. We like the tactile feel of paper. The 5th main is a good spot because it’s close to everything in Indira Nagar but far enough from the noise of 100 Feet Road. We often walk down to the local mess for a quick meal. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here. We don't have HR departments or big meetings. We just sit around a table and talk through whatever we are working on. It's a practical, straightforward way to run a consultancy. We've been here for years and we like it.
