Radiance Advisory Services

I started this whole thing in Banaswadi. We are located at 31, 9. It is a residential-feeling area but we run the advisory services from this spot. It isn't exactly what you might expect when you hear the word "advisory." There are no fancy suits or glass tables to be found here. Just a few sturdy desks and some very old computers that still work well enough for us. I like being in Banaswadi because it is close to where I live. I actually walk to work most days of the week. It gives me some quiet time to think about things. The office is on a street that gets a bit muddy and messy whenever it rains. We have to tell people to watch where they park. Inside, it is mostly just metal shelves full of heavy folders. I once tried to keep them organized by color, but that didn't last very long. Now they are just stacked everywhere. We talk to a lot of different people every single day. Some of them are quite worried about their situations, while others are just curious. We just sit down and listen to them. It is simple work when you get down to it. I have one person who helps me with the typing and the phone calls. We have known each other for many years. We don't have meetings. We just talk across the room to get things done.
