Radhekrishna Granites

Stone is heavy and messy, and that is just the reality of what we do here. We are located at 23A Jigani, right near where Pedder Road and Caddel Road meet. Most of the time you will see us with a bit of dust on our clothes because that is what happens when you work with granites all day. We have different slabs of stone coming in and going out on trucks all the time. It is a lot of hard work lifting and moving things around with the crew. Customers stop by to look at the different colors and the natural patterns in the rock. Sometimes they stay for a few minutes and other times they take an hour just to decide on one piece for their kitchen or floor. We don't try to rush them at all. It is their home and they have to live with it. The yard gets a bit crowded when a new shipment arrives, so we try our best to keep it somewhat tidy so no one trips. It is not a polished showroom like the ones in the city center. This is a working yard. We know the stones well and can tell you how they will look once they are cut. Some days the weather is bad and we have to hurry to cover everything up. It is constant work, but we have been at this spot for a long time and the locals know us as the place with the big slabs out front.
