Being out here in the Jigani Industrial Area means we deal with a lot of noise and trucks. Our place is at 69A in the second phase. It is a big area and easy to get lost if you don't know the turns in Anekal Taluk. We have been working with stones for a long time. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against each other. It gets loud when the machines are running. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the pieces are loaded safely. It is not the kind of place where you wear nice shoes. There is always stone dust on everything, even inside the office. We started out small and just kept going. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around the yard checking the quality of what came in. The weather can be a bit much in the summer but the work doesn't stop. Sometimes people drive all the way from the city to see what we have. We show them around, tell them what's what, and let them decide. It is pretty straightforward here. No big speeches or fancy lobby. Just a bunch of us working with heavy rocks and trying to keep the schedule on track. The roads around here get pretty rough with all the heavy traffic, but that is just Jigani for you. We just keep our heads down and work.
