We are situated at 14 Kanakapura Road, on S V Road. We’re right next to the Sharma Garage, so if you hear the sound of engines revving, you know you’re in the right place. Our shop is full of tiles of all shapes and sizes. It’s a bit dusty because of all the ceramic and stone being moved around. We spend our days helping people pick out something for their floors or bathrooms. It’s funny how long people can spend looking at two slightly different shades of beige. We don't mind, though. We’ve got stacks of samples piled up everywhere. Loading and unloading the trucks is the hardest part of the job. It’s heavy work and our backs feel it by the end of the week. We’ve been here on Kanakapura Road for a long time. We know a lot of the local contractors who come in for their supplies. We don't do any of that high-pressure sales stuff. If you like a tile, you buy it. If not, that’s fine too. Sometimes we have leftovers or chipped pieces that we sell for cheap. The office is just a desk in the corner of the warehouse. It’s noisy and busy, but it’s our business. We just try to keep the stock moving and make sure everyone gets what they paid for without any hassle.
