R Shivakumar & Associates is located at 24 Shanthi Nagar, on the 1st floor. We are tucked away on 3rd Main and 4th Cross. Shanthi Nagar is a nice area, a bit quieter than the main roads but still pretty active. Our office is in a building that has been around for a while. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to reach us without having to wait for a lift. The space inside is quite basic. We have our desks, some chairs for when people stop by, and a lot of cabinets for all our papers. It’s a small operation, so you usually see the same two or three people every time you come in. We’ve been in this spot for a good number of years. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, making it hard to navigate. We spend our days mostly looking through files and handling the usual office work. It’s not a polished or high-tech environment, just a place where we get our chores done. We usually bring our own lunch from home and eat together in the small back room. The windows look out onto the street, so we can see what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s a simple, honest way to work. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small nameplate by the door to let people know they found the right place. That's our daily life.
