Our office and hotel are over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 17/1, Sri Lakshmamma Nilaya on the 2nd Cross in the 6th Block. It’s a very residential kind of area, which we like because it stays a bit calmer than the main market streets. We’ve been running things from here for some years now. It’s a family-style environment, really. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. Our work involves keeping the rooms in good shape and helping guests who are visiting Bangalore for weddings or small business trips. We don't have any of those automated check-in kiosks or anything; you just talk to one of us at the desk. We keep a ledger and make sure everyone gets their morning coffee. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes things a bit messy outside, but we keep the inside dry and comfortable. We aren't a big chain with a thousand rules. If someone needs an extra blanket or wants to check out a little late because their train is delayed, we usually just say yes. It’s about being helpful to the people who choose to stay with us. We take pride in just being a normal, functioning hotel that doesn't overcomplicate things. The building has been here for a while, and we plan on staying for much longer, just doing what we do every day without much fuss or bother. We just hope our guests have a decent night here. That’s pretty much how we run things at this spot.
