R R Plasts Co is located at 56/1 in the 1st N Block, right on the 9th Cross in Kottigepalya. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we’ve made it our home for the business. The workshop is usually full of the smell of raw materials and the sound of the machines running. We make different kinds of plastic items here. It’s a dusty place and it can get quite hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how the work goes. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don’t really have a big sign out front, just the address 56/1 on the wall. Most of our clients are other businesses who need specific parts made. We don’t spend much time on social media or advertising. We just focus on the orders that come in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is always a bit of a headache. The 9th Cross is a narrow street, so when we have a big truck coming to pick up goods, it takes some effort to get everything loaded without blocking the whole road. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the quality consistent. It’s a basic operation, run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just keep the production line moving as best as we can every day.
