We are tucked away at 114/39 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. This part of town is all about manufacturing and shipping, so we fit right in with the rest of the warehouses. Our main thing is moving parcels from one place to another, usually for the businesses nearby that need things delivered fast. We have a couple of small trucks that go back and forth all day. The floor of the unit is usually covered in cardboard boxes and packing tape. It is not the cleanest place because of all the dust from the industrial road, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time weighing packages and writing out labels by hand. Sometimes a customer brings in something that is really hard to pack, and we have to get creative with the bubble wrap and tape. It can be physically tiring work, especially when the heavy shipments arrive and we have to load them by hand into the vans. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets quite hot inside, so we take our breaks when we can. We do not have a big front office, just a small desk near the shutter where people can sign their papers. It is a straightforward business and we have been doing it this way for years. We just focus on getting the boxes where they need to go without any fuss.
