R L Narasimahamurthy

I’m based out of Andheri, specifically in the Lokhandwala area, over at Seshadripuram. The address is 401 1. Being in Mumbai, things are always a bit tight and fast-paced. R L Narasimahamurthy is just me and a small setup here in the building. It’s a decent enough place, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so I often just take the stairs. The neighborhood is always alive with people going to shops or heading to work. Inside my space, it’s mostly just desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of notebooks. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I’m used to the noise from the street and the constant humidity. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, it’s just me handling the daily tasks and responding to whatever needs attention. I like the fact that I can step out and find anything I need within a five-minute walk. The office itself is a bit cluttered, mostly with old documents and things I haven’t gotten around to filing yet. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. I don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders as long as the work gets finished on time. It’s a simple arrangement that works well for the kind of stuff I do every day.
