Our office, R K Khanna And Associates, is situated on the 4th floor of Brigade Towers. The address is 1305 Brigade Road, which is a very busy part of the city. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with cars and people. It can get quite loud outside, but the windows in the tower do a fair job of keeping the noise out. We have been in this building for several years. The elevators are usually busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Inside, our space is pretty simple. We have a few cabinets for all the files and a small area where we sit. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a functional place for us to do our work. There are a lot of other businesses in Brigade Towers, so we see many of the same faces in the hallways every day. We usually get our tea from a small place just around the corner on the ground floor. The office can feel a bit cramped when we are all in at once, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time looking over documents and talking things through. It’s a straightforward environment without any bells or whistles. Getting here is easy because of the location, even if the traffic is a mess. We just handle things as they come.
