R Cruz & Co

If you have ever been down to Russel Market in Shivaji Nagar, you know how much noise and movement there is from dawn until dusk. R Cruz & Co is situated right in the middle of it at Square 25. It is an old part of the city, and our space reflects that history. The walls have seen a lot of years go by and they could probably tell a few stories. We don't have air conditioning or fancy desks here. Mostly, it is just stacks of items and us trying to keep everything moving. The morning market rush is something else, with people shouting and trucks trying to squeeze through the narrow gaps between stalls. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time, and it feels like home even when it’s chaotic. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon hits hard, but we just put a bucket down and keep working. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Our address at number 25 is easy to find if you know the square. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice in such a big city. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us making sure the orders are handled. We don’t really do fancy talk or business jargon. We just show up, open the doors, and get to it until it’s time to go home. That is the reality of being in a place like Russel Market.
