R & B Associates

R & B Associates is located over at the Well Industrial Estate in Lakkasandra Nagar. Our office is at number 2, right near the main entrance of the estate. Since we are in an industrial area, there's always something happening, like trucks reversing or people hauling heavy crates around. The office itself is quite simple, mostly just a place to keep our records and handle the phone calls. We have plain off-white walls and a couple of ceiling fans that squeak whenever they are turned up high. It’s not a glamorous part of town, but it works well for what we need. A lot of dust comes off the main road, so we spend time every morning wiping down the computer monitors. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together at the big wooden table in the back. Most of the other businesses in the estate are mechanical shops or small factories, so everyone knows each other. It’s a grounded place where folks just focus on their own work. There aren't any big mission statements on our walls, just a calendar and some notes pinned to a board. It is just a regular workplace where we get through the daily pile of tasks. Most days are spent handling paperwork and talking to the workers out in the yard. It's a simple life and it keeps us occupied throughout the year.
