Pushpavan Hotel

We are in the Hulkul Subbaraj Complex, right across from the Urvashi Theatre on Lalbagh Road. The road is always busy, so there is a lot of traffic and noise outside most of the day and night. We have been at No. 78 for a while now. It is just a regular hotel where people stay when they have work in this part of the city. The rooms are okay, nothing too special, just a place to sleep and wash up. We spend most of our time cleaning up after guests and making sure the check-in goes smooth. Being near the theatre means it is easy to find, even if you are new to Bangalore. It is a plain building. We do not have a big lobby or anything like that. Just a small counter and some hallways. Most people come here because they want to be close to the shops or the park. We do not do big ads or commercials. We just open the doors every morning and see who shows up. The elevator is a bit slow and makes a funny noise, but it works fine for what we need. Sometimes it gets crowded when a big movie is playing across the street. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a practical spot for a night or two. We handle the laundry and keep the keys. It is just a city hotel.
