Pushpamala Hotel

We are tucked away in Gandhinagar, right on the 2nd Cross, Sc Road. It is just opposite where the old Kapali Theatre used to be. That is how most people find us. This part of Bangalore is always moving, especially with the bus stand and the railway station nearby. Our hotel is a basic place. We have rooms for people who are in town for a day or two, mostly for business in the market nearby. It isn't a luxury spot. The rooms are simple and we try to keep them tidy. The building shows its age a bit, but it works fine for a night's sleep. The street outside is usually full of people and vehicles. It can get a bit noisy in the mornings when the shops start opening up. We have a small staff who have been here a long time. They know the area well. If you are looking for a fancy lobby or a pool, this isn't the place. We just provide a room and a bathroom. It is practical for someone on a budget. We get a lot of regulars who come to the city for work. They know the shortcuts around Gandhinagar. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. It’s an old neighborhood and we fit right in. Sometimes the water takes a bit to get hot, and the stairs are a little steep. But it’s a roof over your head in a good location.
