You can find Prolease India over on Thimmiah Road in the Shivajinagar area. It’s a crowded part of Bangalore, always full of energy and people moving around. Our office is at No.5/7. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our staff to sit and handle the leasing and administrative work we do. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. Shivajinagar has a specific feel to it, and we like being right in the middle of all that activity. We aren't about fancy boardrooms or corporate retreats. Mostly, we just sit at our desks, talk on the phones, and try to help people with their leasing needs. It’s straightforward work. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, making sure all the details are right for our clients. There are usually stacks of files on the tables because we’re always middle-of-the-road busy. We don’t have a marketing team writing glossy brochures for us. We just do the job and hope the people we work with are satisfied. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other’s families. We’re just a local private limited company trying to stay organized in a very busy city.
