Our office is at Vijaya Nagar Dhabolkar Wadi 923, which is an older part of the neighborhood. Prasad Groups Of Co isn't a single thing; we handle a few different types of business from this one spot. The building is a bit worn out, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it’s home to us. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. You’ll usually see stacks of folders and several of us talking over the noise of the ceiling fans. We deal with logistics, some property matters, and general trading. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. Vijaya Nagar is always changing, but Dhabolkar Wadi feels a bit more settled. We’ve known the tea seller downstairs for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us each day. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait around, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other. It’s a small operation, run by people who live nearby. We don't have any corporate slogans or polished speeches. We just open the doors in the morning, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
