Pradhan Marcantile

Pradhan Marcantile is located at 735/3/11-12 in the Giriraj Industrial Estate. We are right in the Bommanahalli area, not too far from Oxford College. Being in an industrial estate means it is a lot of concrete and big buildings around us. It is not the prettiest place to work, but it suits what we do just fine. We have a couple of units joined together to give us enough space for everything. The roads in Bommanahalli can be a bit rough, especially during the rainy season when the puddles get big. We've been here for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. There are always trucks moving in and out of Giriraj Industrial Estate, so it stays pretty loud during the day. Our setup is very basic. We have some desks, some storage, and that’s about it. We don't have any corporate vibes here. It’s just a group of us working hard to get things sorted. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk straight into the work area. Most people who visit us are here for business, so they don't mind the simple look of the place. We keep to ourselves mostly and focus on the work at hand. It’s a busy spot but we like the energy of Bommanahalli. We usually head home once the sun starts setting and the traffic gets bad.
