Mars Security Force

We’ve been here at No. 49 11th Cross for a while now. Running a security place like Mars Security Force isn't always easy, but it keeps us busy every day. Most of our guys come from around Rammurthy Nagar or the nearby areas. We spend most of our mornings checking schedules and making sure everyone showed up to their posts. It's mostly about making sure gates are locked and people feel okay at night. Sometimes the weather gets bad and we have to figure out how to get relief guards to the sites on time. We aren't a big fancy corporation with shiny offices and suits. It's just a small office where we handle the paperwork and talk to the guards about their shifts. People stop by to ask for work or to tell us about a broken lock they saw on their street. We try to keep things simple. If a guard doesn't show up because he’s sick, one of us usually has to go out there ourselves to cover the spot. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a local outfit like this. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. The tea shop down the road knows us because we're always there grabbing something during shift changes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the buildings we look after stay quiet and nothing goes missing. It's a lot of phone calls and checking logs, really. Just everyday work for us here in the neighborhood.
