Grid Power Conversion Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No. 33/2, 9Th A Cross, West Of Chord Road, 2Nd Stage, Mahalaxmi Puram. We work with power electronics and conversion systems. It’s technical work that involves a lot of circuit boards and testing equipment. Our space is filled with benches where we solder components and check voltages. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a functional workspace in Mahalaxmi Puram. Most of us are engineers or technicians who just like to figure out why things aren't working. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes we get a batch of parts that are faulty and it sets us back a few days. That’s just part of the job. The West of Chord Road area is pretty easy to navigate once you get used to the turns. We have a small area where we keep all the finished units ready to be picked up. We don't really do big launches or fancy events. Usually, we are just here from morning till evening making sure the converters are stable. We have some old filing cabinets that are overflowing, and the coffee machine is a bit temperamental. It’s a normal office where we do our best to keep the power flowing right. People in the neighborhood know us as the electronics guys. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and we like the spot.
