If you go down to Goragunta Palya, you’ll find us on the 1st A Main Road at 1st Cross, house number 10. We handle power systems here. It’s mostly about batteries, UPS units, and things that keep the lights on when the power goes out, which happens more often than anyone likes. The shop is filled with heavy batteries and different kinds of wiring. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because these units take up a lot of floor space. We spend a lot of time testing voltages and making sure the backup systems are actually holding a charge. It can be greasy work sometimes, and there’s always a bit of a metallic smell in the air. We aren't a big company with a call center; when you call, you’re usually talking to the same person who fixes the machines. We deal with local shops and some homeowners around the area who need their power stabilized. The traffic at the cross can get pretty bad, making it hard to park sometimes, but that’s Bangalore for you. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the bench that day. It's a lot of troubleshooting and trying to figure out why an old inverter isn't working right. We don't have a shiny showroom, just a functional space where we can get the job done. Often we are out on a call at a customer's place, leaving the shop a bit quiet during the afternoons.
