Portfolio Management

Our office is located at number 38 on 3rd Cross in Maruthinagar. That’s over in the Kamakshipalya area of Bangalore. We’ve been here at Portfolio Management for a long time. The street is always busy with people and local shops, so there’s a lot of energy around us. Our building is pretty plain on the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Since we handle portfolios, we have a lot of paperwork that needs to be organized. It’s not a high-tech office with fancy gadgets. We use what we need to get the work done. The noise from the street can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, one of us just looks up from our desk to help them. It’s very informal and local. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep us going. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We just want to help the people who come to us with their financial planning and documents. It’s a straightforward business. We open up in the morning, do our work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day in a busy part of the city.
