Poly Carbonate Skylights

Working at Poly Carbonate Skylights involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving large sheets of material. We are located at Lakkasandra 14th Cross, right on B T S Main Road, number 202. The space is mostly a warehouse and a small area where we cut things to size. Because we deal with roofing and skylight materials, there is always a layer of fine dust on everything. It’s a busy road outside, so we’re constantly hearing the buses and motorcycles go by. We spend a lot of time loading trucks and making sure the polycarbonate doesn’t get scratched during the process. The sheets are bulky and awkward to handle, so it usually takes a couple of us to move them around. We don't have a fancy office; it’s mostly just a desk in the corner with a computer that’s seen better days. When the sun hits the sheets in the afternoon, the whole place glows in different colors. It gets quite hot in the summer because of the materials we store, but we have a few big fans to keep the air moving. Most of our customers are contractors who know exactly what they need, so we don't spend much time on long explanations. We just get the measurements right and get the order ready for pickup. It’s hard work that keeps us on our feet all day, but it’s what we know best.
