Plastic Process

Plastic Process is located down in Kamakshi Palya on Ankur Road, specifically at 65/2. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks coming and going. Our workshop is where we spend the bulk of our hours, working with the molding machines and keeping an eye on the production runs. It’s often quite warm inside because of the heat from the equipment, but we are used to that environment. We handle different types of plastic parts and pieces, depending on what is needed at the time. The floor is usually covered in some dust or scraps that need sweeping up at the end of every shift. It’s a practical place, not somewhere you’d go for a nice chat, but it gets the job done. We have a small crew of people who know how to run the machines and fix them when they inevitably act up. There’s no big office or fancy lounge, just the workspace and a small corner for our files and tea. Getting materials delivered through the narrow roads around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially during the monsoon when the roads get muddy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the output, making sure things are moving along as they should. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week. There is always something that needs packing or a machine that needs oiling.
