Plan Designs

We’ve been here at Keonics Layout 112 1 for a good bit of time. It is just a regular office space where we handle all the design work that comes our way. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow, but we get things done eventually. It’s not a very big room, but there is enough space for our desks and a few chairs for visitors who drop by. Usually, we are just staring at screens or sketching out ideas on paper scraps. The neighborhood is okay, though parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time of day. We don't have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines that make lattes. Just a kettle and some tea bags in the corner that we use all day. People mostly find us through word of mouth since we don’t do much advertising or anything like that. It’s a quiet place to work most mornings before the traffic starts picking up outside. We keep things pretty simple here at Plan Designs. There aren't any big posters about our goals on the walls. Just the calendars and some old project files stacked up in the corner. If you are looking for the building, look for the number 112 on the door, it’s right there on the layout. We spend most of our day just working through the queue of tasks. It isn’t glamorous, but it is what we do for a living.
