G. L. S. Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located at No. 415 on 11th Cross in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Area. This part of Peenya is full of factories and workshops, and we fit right in. We’ve been operating out of this building for years, focusing on polymer manufacturing and processing. It’s a noisy place with machines running most of the day. Our space is pretty industrial—lots of raw materials stacked up and workers moving around in overalls. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to make things. The 11th Cross can get a bit jammed up with delivery lorries, but that’s just life in an industrial zone. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. It’s a lot of heat and hard work, especially during the summer months. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. We just keep the machines maintained and try to hit our numbers every week. It’s a straightforward business and we take it one day at a time. Everyone here knows their job and we just get on with it. Sometimes the power cuts mean we have to stop the line, but we just use that time to clean up. It’s a steady grind, and we’re proud of the items we produce.
