Pawan Rathi Associates is tucked away in Nagarathpet at 51/4. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy and cramped it can get. But we like it here. It’s got a lot of energy. Our office is simple, just what we need to get our work done. We deal with a lot of paperwork and meetings throughout the week. It’s not a fancy place by any means. There are stacks of files and the usual office hum. Being at 51/4 means we are right in the thick of things. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but it keeps us awake. We don't do anything flashy. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where we are and how we work. We don't have a big website or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and doing the job. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We eat lunch together when we can. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily grind. We’ve been in Nagarathpet for a long time now and don't see that changing anytime soon. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to focus. We just handle the business at hand and keep things moving without any big corporate talk. That’s how we've always done things.
