You can find us in Chamarajpet on the 4th main road. We are at 8th cross, which is right near the Indian Oil petrol bunk. That landmark usually helps people find us without getting lost in the side streets. The building is number 148. It is a standard neighborhood setting with houses and small shops all around. Inside, we have set up the space for teaching and learning. There are desks arranged so students can see the board clearly. We don't have a lot of extra space, but it serves the purpose for the groups that come in. Chamarajpet has an old Bangalore feel to it which we like. The 8th cross area stays busy during the day, especially with the petrol bunk traffic nearby. Sometimes we have to remind the students to park their cycles neatly so they don't block the path for others. We usually start our sessions in the afternoons when the schools let out. It gets quite lively then. The lighting inside is okay, though we sometimes have to open the windows to let a bit more air in during the summer months. It is an honest kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big posters. We just focus on the books and the lessons that need to be finished before the exams come around. Most of our students live within walking distance, so there is always someone coming or going.
