Park Plaza

We are situated at 202 Vittal Mallya Road. It is an older building but it stays busy because of the location. Most people who stay here or visit are just passing through for work. We have a lobby area that is usually a bit quiet during the middle of the day. The staff here wears uniforms but we aren't the type to stand at attention all day. We talk to the guests like normal people. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit longer than it should, so we tell people to just be patient with it. We have rooms and some spaces for meetings, but it is all pretty basic in terms of how it looks. No gold leaf or giant chandeliers here. We just make sure the sheets are clean and the water is hot in the mornings. There is a lot of traffic on Vittal Mallya Road so you can hear the horns honking sometimes if the windows aren't shut tight. We have a small breakfast area where we put out some toast and coffee. It isn't a huge spread. Most of the time, the guests are out and about in the city anyway. We just provide a place to park and a place to sleep. It is practical and it works for the people who come here. We've been here a long time and know the area well.
