Parasram Nichaldas is found at 813 2 in the Lakshmi Market area of Chickpet. If you have ever been to Chickpet you know it is one of the busiest places you can imagine. The lanes are narrow and there are always people moving about with heavy loads or looking for a bargain. Our shop is right in the middle of all that energy inside the Lakshmi Market. We have been part of this trading community for many years. The shop is filled with all sorts of goods and we spend a lot of time moving stock in and out. It is a very hands-on job and we are usually on our feet from the moment we open until we close up for the night. There is not much room for sitting down here. We know the other shopkeepers in the market and there is a sense of being part of a big busy family. The morning starts early for us so we can get everything prepared before the crowds really arrive. Chickpet is loud and dusty but it is also full of life. We do not have a polished corporate look. Our shop is practical and built for doing business every day. Most of our customers are people who have been coming to Lakshmi Market for years and they know exactly where to find us among all the other stalls and shops. We just keep doing what we know best.
